medications. Isolated increased pain, loss or theft of
medications, or running out of medications early are NOT
emergencies.
 
APM accepts most insurances with
the exception of patients with any
kind of Medicaid.  New patients are
required to have records from
previous physicians faxed directly to
us prior to us assigning an
appointment time
